"What is it, kid?" Shadow asked suddenly, startling Tails. Tails shivered.

"U-um, Sonic t-told me to get you to t-talk to you, and . . . please don't kill me." Tails stammered. Shadow groaned.

"'Kay." he replied. Tails sighed in relief.

A knock came from the other side of the door made one of Sonic's ears twitch. He raced to the door, seeing Skater and Merrick.

"Where is he?" Merrick asked almost instantly, more in a demanding tone.

"Who-"

"Shadow, who else? I'm seriously gonna-"

"SONIC!!! THE TV'S BUSTED AGAIN!!!" Dani shouted from the living room, Sonic groaned.

"What happened this time?" Sonic asked.

"Okay . . . people who know Dani . . ." Skater reminded himself when he saw Merrick and ran to him.
"Merrick!! Dude, Dani kinda . . . lost her memory."

"What?!" Merrick replied.

"Yeah, long story." Skater said. As Skater explained the current situation, else where Tails searched for Shadow.

"Maybe I can go ask Knuckles if he's seen Shadow!" Tails told himself, then flew to Angel Island.

"NO!! WHY KEVIN, WHY?!" Lisa screamed at the TV, and Sonic just looked confused.

"I don't get it . . . so this guy Kevin tried to propose to Kathrine - who was cheating on him with Rick and Todd . . . but Tara had a crush

My weirdo dog, Cookie Monster, sleeping on my pillow-pet (totally have one, a dolphin c:<), and cuddling with a sock.
I tried to take it away, but she only tightened her grip. O__o

Like master, like dog, I guess. We're both weird yet accept that.

I got bored while boxing stuff up, and realized, 1. I'm hungry-er, I meant haven't be uploaded something in, like, a week. And 2. I forgot to log out that whole time... oops.

Every Angel Deserves a Child"I can't feel the unfurling of my wings, Daddy."
I was not her father. I had entered her life when she was two years old, and she called me Daddy since she never knew her real father. Her mother's death two years ago made me the sole, living parent of an eleven-year-old, and I never felt like I was the right person for the job.
"What do you mean, Asrin?"
"Mom always said that when puberty started I would be the swan that emerged from the ugly duckling. She said I would be able to fly gracefully towards my dreams. But, I don't feel it."
As much of a woman as she was becoming, she was still a child. I wanted to answer her question, but I really had a hard time discussing her blossoming womanhood in the middle of a laundromat. Her pretty eyes were pleading with me, but I told her we'd talk later.
Janet had told Asrin a lot of things before she succumbed to the cancer. The last week or so of Janet's life were morphine-induced fantasy, I think.
